Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping lead time is generally 7 to 10 days but if we have it in stock 2 to 3 days. 

If your are not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund you, under the following   circumstances. 

Contact us as soon as you receive the item  and tell  us you wish to return it. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. 

We advise that you ship to us using a tracked   method as we cannot accept responsibility for lost   or damaged goods in transit. 

A restocking fee of €25 for synthetic wigs and €75   for human hair will be kept for all wigs and toppers returned 

.For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that if you are trying a wig on that you use a wig cap in all cases 

The tags must not be removed from any of the   pieces when trying on.

The wig or hairpiece must not have been worn,   styled, brushed and must be returned with all the   original packaging and must had any contact with   food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette odours.
